Biography

Moris was born in Bogota Colombia (1942).
He emigrated to Israel in the early 60's after having been educated in the United States.

After Military Service in the I.D.F. he continued his education at The London School of Printing in the United Kingdom.

On his return to Israel he opened a commercial lab and studio which he ran until the mid 90's. He has since lived and worked from his home in Bet Yehoshua north of Tel Aviv.

He is married with three children.

Moris has exhibited rarely and continues to pursue his fascination with the pleasing and meaningful image thanks to influence of the many colleagues he has had the pleasure of working with over the years. His debt to them is immeasurable and they are too numerous to mention.

Moris now devotes his time to photographing landscapes, archeological and historical sites in Israel and editorial assignments. Tourism and travel photography are among his major interests.
